In-Spires Reflexology College is a highly respected training centre run by principal, Ruth Hodgkiss in Lichfield City Centre. 

Ruth is delighted to be an approved centre of the Integrated Reflexology Consortium (IRC) and to be teaching the Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology awarded by Agored Cymru. Ruth loves the new and updated course content as it is relevant, thorough and up to date. Students will learn a range of techniques and modalities and have a superb grounding in pathophysiology and business planning meaning that when they graduate, they do so with confidence, knowing they are equipped to support clients at every life stage. 

Ruth runs a weekday course during term-time in Lichfield, Staffordshire.
